Auto open doors starbound.
Will that prevent npc s from opening it.
Doors are a placeable object type that have a togglable open and close state.
It is not recommended for out swing exterior doors as high wind can damage the attached arm while the door is open.
Im already using proximity sensors for most doors.

This means you ll be able to just walk straight forward against a door and it will open and close without your consent.
Nearest interactable is used in that case that saves having to click the door itself precisely.
When you run into a door you can press e or middle mouse to open them if the mouse isn t over anything clickable.
Doors must be mounted between two blocks.
While there are many different doors most of them are only available from specific sources.
